Hi. I’m Zak. I live in Street with my partner. In my spare time I enjoy coaching Grass Roots football, playing badminton and going out on walks and hikes in nature.

What is the best activity to teach? I absolutely love teaching football or dodgeball.

What is the best thing about teaching? Building positive relationships with the children you work with.

What makes you happy at work? Seeing all of the people I work with being happy.

What do you look forward to on a work day? Seeing if my lessons, that I have worked hard on, work.

What teaching moment stands out to you? I think a teaching moment that stood out to me is when I went back to a school I worked at a few years ago, recently to help with their sports day, and just had a massive reception from the children and the staff, loads of hugs, loads of hi-5s, loads of excited voices. It just shows the impact I had.

What is your favourite activity at our Active Camps? Probably the Nerf.

What is your guilty pleasure TV show? Love Island

What is your go to karaoke song? Faith by George Michael

What’s you go to film? Star Wars

What’s your favourite board game? Dobble

Which team member do you think is most likely to be an undercover secret agent? I got two, either Mr Fletcher Emery, or Mr B(romham), because they’re both just so kind and so nice that you would want to talk to the,.

If our team came to your place for dinner, what would you cook? A curry or a large roast dinner.

What is your favourite thing we do as a company? Active Camps.
